This track came to me after the loss of two of the most powerful women in my life my mother and my grandmother/ two women upon the family tree who were so selfless and loving upon each day that they're smiles alone inspire me to live and share with people and the world.

taught me allot about all different forms of relationships that exist

experiencing a loss like that really made me open my self to many other things i may have not been honoring in my life such as friendships, relationships, self love and discovery, bigger picture to human rights, how we live upon this earth and how sustainable it all is.

parts of me long for they're company and laughter as i grow in these days i do my best to remember its up to me to change or stay the same and to honoring it the best i can. To know they're spirits are with me and the so many people they cared for.


as i learn how to be present in all fashions of love and see into what has held me back from it by being avoidant / loss of words in the moment / lack of self anasysis
this has pushed me to know my self better and know that we are growing communication and release are so powerful upon our hearts and minds to grow.
